Secrets:  This literary kitty holds a quill and a scroll with an excerpt of Robert Burns’ famous poem, “To a Mouse,” and the year the poem was written. The mouse returns the compliment by inscribing the cat with lines from William Blake: “Tyger, Tyger.” On the inside are four letters from David Lawrence’s childhood toy printing press. The D, S, R and K stand for the members of the Lawrence family: David, Sue, Rose and Katie. The artist’s signature acorn lies amongst the pebbles. This is the 110th figurine David has carved for Harmony Kingdom.
