Secrets:  “To cross the Rubicon” means to pass the point of no return. The phrase refers to a small river in northern Italy. When Julius Caesar crossed the Rubicon in 49 B.C., civil war erupted in the Roman Republic. Thankfully, this little dragon has no such intention, though.
