Shipping Within The U.S.
Items listed as "In Stock" usually ship within 48 hours. Pre-Orders and other items ship as soon as they become available. If an "In Stock" item that you have ordered will not ship within four days, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to verify that you would still like the item, and give you our most reasonable estimate of when the product will be available to ship to you.

Standard Shipping for most orders makes use of USPS Priority Mail and generally takes 3 - 4 business days. Orders that are 13 ounces and under will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. Any orders that do not fit into a 12" x 12" USPS Priority Box will be shipped using USPS Parcel Post and generally takes 5 - 7 business days.

Order total must reach $75.00 to qualify for FREE shipping.
Orders under $75.00 will be charged $3.99 shipping.

Express and Next Day Shipping for orders make use of USPS Express Mail Services
(Delivery time is in addition to the initial time required to process your order).
Please note that requesting "next day shipping" does not guarantee that your item will arrive on the next business day. Normal handling times of 24-48 hours may be required to pack, verify, and ship your order. Orders received after 1 p.m. CST will not be processed until the next business day.

Express Mail - Express Mail orders will be charged $30.00.
Please Note: You will only be charged the EXACT amount of the package.
Should it be less than $30.00, you will be refunded the difference.
Should it be more than $30.00, you will be emailed the the amount of the additional cost for you permission to proceed.

International Shipping
Items listed as "In Stock" usually ship within 48 hours. Pre-Orders and other items ship as soon as they become available. Shipping times for these orders can vary dramatically depending on your location. A shipment that might arrive in Europe in only 1 week might take 1-1/2 or even 2 weeks to reach a destination elsewhere. (These time estimates are in addition to the initial time required to process your order.)

International Orders: Will be charged a minimum of $20.00.  Any additional charges will be e-mailed to you for verification and will only be the exact amount needed to ship your product. Express and Next Day Shipping utilizes U.S. Express Mail International and will arrive in most destinations within 5-7 business days. (These time estimates are in addition to the initial time required to process your order.)

Any Order: You will only be charged exact shipping cost (after the $30.00 minimum.)

NOTE: With Any International Order you will be e-mailed your total shipping cost for verification.

Customs Information Policy
Any customs or import duties, or additional charges for customs clearance that are levied after the package has reached its destination are the responsibility of the recipient. Fin-Alley Gifts has no way to estimate these charges and cannot attempt to predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely between countries; it is advisable to contact your local customs office for further information if you have additional questions.
